Parish Ministries
Members of St. Benedict’s are encouraged to serve in one or two of the parish ministries below.
Altar & Worship

Crucifer, Torch-bearer, and Thurifer
Licensed Epistolar and Cup-Bearer
Assisting with the Daily Offices

Participate in 9 am Sunday Choir, feast days, and Wednesday Evensong
Commit to Wednesday, 7 pm Rehearsal
Sing in the Annual Advent Concert

Reading of Holy Scripture during the Daily Offices and Holy Communion

Participate as a lay—adult catechist under the direction of the Vicar.

Serves on a Sunday Security Rotation, monitoring property and building

Anglicans For Life
Assist in organizing parish to participate in the annual Rockwall Walk For Life

Promote Rockwall Pregnancy Resource Center initiatives & service opportunities

Assist the parish brewmaster in producing beer, made, and wine for parish worship and celebrations.
Serve as an apprentice or master brewer under the direction of the Parish Brewmaster.
